Problems of anti-tuberculosis therapy in patients on hemodialysis

The objective: to determine possibility of prescribing and safety various anti-tuberculosis drugs their combinations as part a therapeutic or preventive course therapy (ATBT) in patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) receiving hemodialysis replacement the settings high prevalence drug resistant strains Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Subjects Methods. 42 were followed-up by Central Tuberculosis Research Institute: them, 31 (73.8%) had active tuberculosis 11 (26.2%) residual post-tuberculous changes respiratory organs.
